Buckwheat Flour Pancake Recipe:
2-3 eggs (depends on size)
3 teaspoons sugar
~ 0.5 l of liquid (water / milk / kefir)
1 teaspoon salt (no pile)
2-3 dl buckwheat flour
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Beat the egg. Mix the salt and sugar with the eggs. Then add all the remaining ingredients, stirring. If the dough is "sour cream" thick, start frying but avoid lumps of flour.
