Buckwheat Flour Pancake Recipe:
2-3 eggs (depends on size)
3 teaspoons sugar
~ 0.5 l of liquid (water / milk / kefir)
1 teaspoon salt (no pile)
2-3 dl buckwheat flour
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Mix the salt and sugar with the eggs. Beat the egg. Then add all the remaining ingredients while stirring. If the dough is "sour cream" thick, start frying but avoid lumps of flour.
